The Future of the Workforce in the Data Driven Economy

What does it take to build a future ready and digitally connected ecosystem? More than often, people talk about how companies are providing and harnessing the latest technologies for business growth. But it is not all about enterprises. Having an effective digital ecosystem means that many elements - socio, political and technological - must come together to help make this happen. Today, it is not just about driving business growth through technology, but rather the people who drive it. There is an increasing need to share, nurture, and enable the younger generation to be fully equipped with the knowledge and capability of emerging technologies, so that they can bring this with them into the working world. And here is where tech companies have to play their part.
